1 Definitions and Interpretation

The following terms used in these terms and conditions have the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" — refers to the fbagee website and all services, pages, and content under it.
• "User" or "Member" — any person who opens an account on fbagee or uses the platform.
• "Account" — a personal account created by registering on fbagee.
• "Bonus" — a welcome bonus or any other promotional offer provided by fbagee.
• "Balance" — the total of real money and bonuses held in a user's account.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times a bet must be placed before bonus funds become withdrawable.

2 Eligibility and Age Requirement

The following conditions must be met to participate on the fbagee platform:

• You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited.
• You must be located in a region where receiving online gaming services is lawful.
• You must not be subject to any bankruptcy or financial insolvency proceedings.
• You must not have any account previously terminated by fbagee.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of anyone else.

3 Account Registration and Security

Each user may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts for the same person is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Keep your password confidential and do not share it with anyone.
• You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account.
• If you notice any unauthorized changes to your account details, notify our support team immediately.
• Accounts are non-transferable — they may not be sold, rented, or transferred.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

fbagee supports the most widely used payment methods in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per method.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Withdrawal time: Generally completed within 5 to 30 minutes.
• Deposited funds must come from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawal processing may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
• Depositing using a third-party account or card is strictly prohibited.

5 Welcome Bonus and Promotion Terms

fbagee offers new members a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.

• The bonus may not be claimed more than once.
• The wagering requirement for the bonus is 25 times (25x).
• For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000; or depositing ৳22,000 earns the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳32,000.
• Bonuses may only be used on approved games; not all games may contribute equally to wagering calculations.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the wagering requirement has been met.
• If bonus terms are not fulfilled, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.
• fbagee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.

6 VIP Program and Cashback

fbagee has four VIP tiers that change based on regular play:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.2%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.4%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 0.6%.
• Platinum: Weekly cashback of up to 0.8%.

The criteria for moving up VIP tiers are at the platform's discretion and are subject to change. Cashback is automatically credited to eligible members' accounts each week.

7 Prohibited Activities and Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on fbagee and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of balance:

• Fraudulently collecting bonuses or promotions (bonus abuse).
• Creating multiple accounts.
• Operating an account using another person's identity.
• Using betting software, bots, scripts, or automation tools.
• Conducting money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's security or infrastructure.
• Behaving in a threatening or abusive manner toward other users.

8 Identity Verification (KYC)

fbagee reserves the right to verify a user's identity to ensure a secure and compliant service. KYC verification may be requested in the following cases:

• At the time of a first withdrawal request.
• For transactions above a certain amount.
• When suspicious activity is identified on an account.

Verification may require a scan or photo of a national identity card (NID), passport, or driving license, as well as proof of address. The relevant withdrawal will remain on hold until verification is complete.

9 Account Suspension and Termination

fbagee reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Serious or repeated violations of these terms and conditions.
• Evidence or strong suspicion of fraudulent activity.
• Failure to cooperate with KYC verification.
• Suspicion of using an account for money laundering or illegal activity.
• Self-exclusion at the user's own request.

Whether a valid balance will be returned upon account termination will depend on the outcome of the investigation.

Under no circumstances will fbagee's total liability exceed the amount deposited by the user during that week.

All content on the fbagee platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and code — is the exclusive property of fbagee and is protected by copyright. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or published except for personal, non-commercial use.

15 Changes to Terms
